Terms & Conditions
GloHealth & Irish Life Health Amazing+ Loyalty & Rewards is a permission-based loyalty & reward programme. It is open and available all GloHealth & Irish Life Health customers aged 18 years or over, resident in the Republic of Ireland. To register for Amazing+ a current GloHealth or Irish Life Health policy number is required. Where there is more than one person on a policy the one policy number is valid for all members on that policy. Only one login and password will be required for each policy. All members on that policy should share login details in this instance.
The term 'offers' will refer to all discount offers from partners of GloHealth & Irish Life Health who have agreed to participate in the GloHealth & Irish Life Health Amazing+ Loyalty & Rewards programme.
By registering and availing of any Amazing+ offer you also agree to any terms and conditions of our Partners in relation to the 'offers'. There may be some conditions or limitations on the redemption or use of an 'offer' you should therefore read all terms and conditions carefully. If you do not comply with the terms and conditions you may not be able to avail fully or at all of the offer.
Offers on the Amazing+ programme will be updated regularly and may change, therefore you should keep up to date with the GloHealth & Irish Life Health Amazing+ Loyalty & Rewards website for updates. Unfortunately, offers cannot be kept up indefinitely, they will only be valid for a limited time and will expire so please ensure you make any redemptions on time. GloHealth & Irish Life Health will not be responsible if a redeemed offer is incomplete, lost or not received.
There may be a number of ways to redeem an Amazing+ offer and these might be subject to certain conditions, we will set these out on our website or set out by our offer partners.
GloHealth & Irish Life Health cannot be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to Amazing+ offers or competitions. GloHealth & Irish Life Health reserve the right to: (i) change offer partner without prior notice; or (ii) amend any offer or competition without prior notice for any reasonable legal, technical, regulatory or commercial reason.
These terms and conditions on the Amazing+ Rewards & Loyalty programme may be changed by GloHealth & Irish Life Health without prior notice. Should you continue to subscribe to the Amazing+ Rewards & Loyalty programme after a change has occurred you will be deemed to have accepted the varied terms and conditions. GloHealth & Irish Life Health does not make any representations or guarantee or warrant towards the quality of any offer or service of an offer partner. Should you have a concern about any offer or service this matter should be taken up directly with the offer partner and GloHealth & Irish Life Health does not accept any responsibility or liability towards same.
The use of any offer is a matter between you and the offer partner and you are in agreement that use of Amazing+ offers is at your own risk and GloHealth & Irish Life Health cannot accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused by the use of an offer or as a result of any interaction with an offer partner.
You acknowledge and agree that GloHealth & Irish Life Health are not responsible for the availability of any third party websites or material you access through Amazing+. GloHealth & Irish Life Health does not endorse and shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services on or available from any third party website.
If you register for the Amazing+ Loyalty & Rewards Programme you agree that GloHealth & Irish Life Health may use the information that you provide to us on registration for the following purposes:
• Sending you messages about offers, competitions and services available on Amazing+;
• Monitoring your use of the Programme and redemption of offers;
• Seeing if we can improve the service and engage in consumer satisfaction surveys;
• Send you messages about other offers, services or product that might be of interest to you.
If any part of these terms are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these terms shall not be affected and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision consistent with applicable law and, in its modified form, such provision shall then be enforceable and enforced.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the Irish courts shall have the relevant jurisdiction to adjudicate on any matter in relation to these terms and conditions
Data Protection Notice
This notice explains further how GloHealth & Irish Life Health may use the personal information provided by you through this Amazing+ Loyalty & Reward Programme. This is in association with our commitments to you under our Privacy Policy.
Where you have registered and not opted-out of the service, we will process and analyse the following:
1. Your registration details;
2. Your personal contact details as supplied by you;
3. Your interactions and redemptions within the Amazing+ programme;
We will process and analyse these to:
1. Provide you with offers, competitions and information that is tailored and relevant to you.
2. Help manage GloHealth Amazing+ and providers we partner with.
3. Understand your interests and behaviours.
4. Let you know about if you have won or qualified for any Amazing+ offers and/or competition prizes. To do this we may need to contact third parties to get a something delivered to you.
5. Unless you have stated otherwise, we will contact you by email, phone, including through SMS, MMS & push notifications, and by post, with offers, promotions and information about Amazing+ and those of our selected partners that we feel may be of interest to you.
Some messages might be based on your location so we will be using your location data, unless you have otherwise chosen not to.
